Kefir Smoothie Recipe

 

Kefir is a prebiotic rich fermented milk product. It helps to increase immunity and it is good for gut health as well.
Ingredients:
Strawberry - 1/2 cup ( chopped )
banana - 1/2 cup ( sliced )
Kefir - 1 cup
Method:
Add strawberry, banana and kefir into a blender. Blend it well until make a smooth. Pour it into a glass. Garnish with strawberry. Thank You.

Peach Smoothie Drink

 

 

Being a healthy and tasty fruit, peach is very popular. Peach is rich in vitamin A, potassium and antioxidants.


Ingredients:
peach - 1 cup ( chopped )
Mango - 1/2 cup ( chopped )
Water - 1 cup


Method:
Add peach, mango and water into a blender. Blend it well and pour it into a glass. garnish with mango slices. Thank You.
