Kefir is a prebiotic rich fermented milk product. It helps to increase immunity and it is good for gut health as well.
Ingredients:
Strawberry - 1/2 cup ( chopped )
banana - 1/2 cup ( sliced )
Kefir - 1 cup
Method:
Add strawberry, banana and kefir into a blender. Blend it well until make a smooth. Pour it into a glass. Garnish with strawberry. Thank You.
