Ingredients
Pineapple - 1 cup (diced)
Apple - 1 cup (diced)
Chia Seeds - 2 tbsp
Psyllium Husk - 1 tsp
Almond milk - 1 cup
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend it for 1 minute. Pour it into a glass and garnish with chia seeds and pineapple. Drink it daily in the morning to reduce weight.
